COVID-19 UPDATE August 2, 2021
The Eye Clinic For Animals will implement an interim process for evaluation of patients starting July 19, 2021. We are allowing up to 2 clients to come with their pet into the exam room, and restrooms are available. We are limiting the number of clients in the Eye Clinic at any one time.
If you have a fever, please reschedule your appointment. If you have NOT been vaccinated for Covid 19 or if you have a respiratory infection, please use a mask.
Due to rapid COVID19 delta variant spread, we have decided to follow the protocols of hospitals and physician's offices. We are requiring mask use in the Eye Clinic at all times. For those not wanting to come in the clinic, our curbside option is still available.
Make sure you have a charged cell phone prior to arriving. Bring your pet's medications, cone, neck collar and/or harness. Cats should be presented in carriers and dogs on leashes. No retractable leashes please.
When you arrive at the Eye Clinic call us at (360) 866-0931. If we do not answer, please leave a message, including your phone number. We will return your call as soon as possible. If you are waiting longer than 10 minutes to hear from us, please call again. Your patience is appreciated. We value your time and we try to run on time. Some patients present with additional eye problems not anticipated and require a longer exam time than can be foreseen. I believe in giving each patient the eye care they need. We appreciate your patience in advance, should we be running late. We also request that you be on time as much as is possible, to help keep us from running late for others.
After obtaining your pet's history, the staff will call you to come into the clinic, and will escort you to the exam room. If you prefer to stay in your car, or if you have multiple small children, we can accommodate our curbside option as previously provided.
For medication pick up, call the Eye Clinic upon arrival as well.
My staff and I look forward to seeing you and connecting with you again!
