Small Animal Facility

From I-5

Take exit 104 (onto Hwy 101).
Take Black Lake Blvd Exit.
Turn right onto Black Lake Blvd.
Turn left onto Cooper Point Road. Go 1.5 miles to 14th Ave NW.
Turn left onto 14th Ave NW, then immediate right into Cooper Point Commons Business Park. The Eye Clinic For Animals is the second building on the right.

From Southbound Hwy 101 or East Hwy 8

Take Mud Bay Road/Evergreen State College Exit.
Turn left onto Mud Bay Road, go over the highway, and proceed approximately 2.7 miles to Cooper Point Road. Take a left on Cooper Point Road.
Take a left on 14th Avenue NW then an immediate right into Cooper Point Commons Business Park. The Eye Clinic for Animals is the second building on the right.

Large Animal Facility

From Hwy 101 Northbound

Take Mud Bay Road/The Evergreen State College Exit.
Take the first right off the exit and go to the stop.
Take right onto Mud Bay Road.
Take left onto Kaiser Road NW at the light.
Go 0.5 miles and take left onto 11th Ave NW.
Go 0.2 miles, turn left in front of Blue Heron Meadows sign and follow easement on left of white vinyl fencing to the large animal facility.

From Hwy 101 Southbound or East HWY 8

Take Mud Bay Road/The Evergreen State College Exit.
Turn left on Mud Bay Road. Go across the highway.
Go 1.8 miles and take a left on Kaiser Road NW at the light.
Go 0.5 miles and take a left on 11th Avenue NW.
Go 0.2miles and turn left in front of Blue Heron Meadows sign and follow easement on the left of white vinyl fencing to the large animal facility.
